It was a huge success. They fingerprinted approximately 200 children in just under 3 hours!
Holiday Magic Parade
Our students worked very hard! They were outside night after night in the dark and bitter cold getting ready for this parade. Not only did they have to suffer the Drill Sergeant attitude of Nadine JKN, but also numb fingers and chattering teeth. Despite all this, they kept practicing their bong doliki (staff spinning), which isn’t so easy if you can’t feel your fingers!
The parents worked equally hard. They were bringing their children many extra hours for practice, decorating baskets, desperately trying to find matching Santa Hats, in addition to cutting out guest passes, stapling treats & volunteering to be “Kuk Sool Elves” who gave out these things on Parade Day. |
